Piper Homes offers four different packages to help cover all your organisational and home needs.

HOME ORGANISATION & STORAGE


This package is perfect for any space in the house that just needs a bit of love, from the kitchen to the linen closet and everything in between. During your consultation we will assess the space and discuss storage options and ideas. On my second visit I will put our plan into action and have your space looking brand new!

PRICING:

HOME MOVE

Whether it's help decluttering before you pack or un-packing and organising, the Home Move package is designed to make the moving process as stress free as possible, this package is the perfect way to have your new home organised from day one.

PRICING:  
1-5 days $60ph (6 hour days)
5-10 days $55ph (6 hour days)
10 days+ $50ph (6 hour days)

DECEASED ESTATE

This package I deliver with great care and sensitivity, together we will sort through each item and discuss where you would like each item to go. A task like this can be super daunting and emotional, please remember I am here to support you along the way.

                  5-10 days $55ph (6 hour days)
                  10 days+ $50ph (6 hour days)

VIDEO CHAT

This is perfect for anyone who would like to organise their space themselves. We will chat about your space and I will advise you on storage solutions that I would recommend and where to begin. After our chat I will send through a customised action plan, including details of product recommendations and a custom action plan for you.

(1 hour session can be split into two 30 minute sessions)

Kitchen pantry 4-6 hours
Kitchen including pantry 7-8 hours
Bathroom 2 hours
Laundry 2 hours
Bedroom & wardrobe 6 hours
Linen closet 3-4 hours
Wardrobe 3-5 hours
Garage 7 hours+
 
Please remember these are just estimates, every space is different some may require more or less time.
 
PAYMENT T&C’s

Payment will be required a minimum of four days before you're booking, payments can be made via internet banking or cash. A $75 cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the booking date. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking 50% of the full payment will be charged.  Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will require full payment.
